SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. Any orders received Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included and this period may vary during the sale and holiday periods.) Thank you.
The delivery times stated above are average times. There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility.
It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders.
Dermavival Limited cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
Please contact the delivery company in any delay. Please note that in such cases, you can get the most accurate information from the delivery company.
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, Dermavival Limited cannot be held responsible for these delays.
All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these feels are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these feels may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country’s custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.
Canadian/Ukrain customers please take into consideration that Canadian/Ukraine orders take longer to arrive, this is totally out of our hands and to do with the strict custom clearance. Also tracked service does not update once handed over to Canada Post/Ukraine Post, it will update again once delivered.
Royal Mail is our domestic carrier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders.
By purchasing a products with Dermavival Limited, you agree to all terms and conditions stated.
RETURN & EXCHANGE & REFUNDS TERMS
You can return your item upon 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to include your order number info@dermavival.com more information on how to process a return.
Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the customer.
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid.
Sale items sales are final and we cannot refund this.
If you have damaged your items or show signs of wear we cannot accept a return – they must be in a resealable condition.
We are not able to resend orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail or their international delivery partners. If your order is returned to us you will be refunded for the item total. Please note delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are liable for mistakes on the shipping label.
EXCHANGE
You can exchanged your item upon 14 days of the receipt of the item you wish to exchange. Please send us an email to include your order number info@dermavival.com for more information on how to process an exchange.
Please send item(s) in a saleable and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free exchange label. The delivery fee of the items sent for exchange belongs to the customer. However, we will send out the new item for free via Royal Mail.
FAULTY GOODS
All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via info@dermavival.com attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as “misuse by the buyer”.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

*If you have not paid the customs tax (for international orders only)
the parcel is returned to us.
When the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.
Delivery charges are not refundable.
If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
